Silver-Plated Transverse Flute for Demanding Players!

The flutes of the FL series by Lechgold offer excellent craftsmanship and outstanding playability for every taste. Besides their professional tonal qualities, these fully silver-plated instruments are also a real visual highlight. The offset design with offset G keys, the smooth E mechanism, and the C foot are standard across the entire flute series. Each flute comes with a case, cleaning rod, and a padded carrying bag.

Nickel Silver or Sterling Silver?

Flutes made of nickel silver feature consistently very good response and a full, warm tone. The more parts of the flute are made of sterling silver, the richer the tonal fullness that can develop.

Open or Closed Keys?

Instruments with closed keys are generally easier to play because all tone holes close cleanly, allowing for a consistently good sound. For the advanced player, ring keys allow adding effects and improved tone control. A good compromise is offered by models with ring keys and plugs: initially, the instrument provides the security of closed keys, and by later removing the plugs, the experienced player can fully exploit the tonal variety of their flute.

Accessories

Each instrument comes with a high-quality faux leather case, perfectly fitting the individual parts. For transport to lessons, rehearsals, and performances, a generously padded carrying bag with shoulder strap is provided. Its strap can be length-adjusted or even completely removed. The wooden cleaning rod enables daily cleaning of the flute and rounds off the overall package sensibly.
